Mold Vision, Inc. state of the art facility consists of 7 Haas vertical machining centers and 1 Haas turning center. Every CNC machine is connected through a network DNC interface to transfer the CNC programs back and forth in split seconds. Our highly trained CNC machinists are independently capable of writing programs and making setups.
They are trained to inspect each part when it comes out of the machine. During the final assembly, parts are inspected and put together as molds by skilled machinists to insure that Mold Vision’s standards are met.
